Dr. Steven Bogart, DDS
Dr. Bogart was raised in a modest middle class community in Brooklyn, NY. He graduated from Brooklyn College with a Bachelors of Science in Biology in 1982. Dr. Bogart went on to attend New York University College of Dentistry where he graduated in 1986 with honors being elected into the OKU Dental Honor Society.
Right after graduation from NYU, Dr. Bogart did a General Practice Residency at Jamaica Hospital in Queens, NY. Dr. Bogart continued his education where he did his Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Residency training at Metropolitan Hospital in Manhattan and he had the fortunate opportunity to be one of the oral surgery residents involved in the famous Central Park Jogger case.
Dr. Bogart has extensive experience in full scope Oral and Maxillofacial surgery with expertise in dental implants, reconstructive bone grafting, extraction of wisdom teeth, dentoalveolar surgery, intravenous and general anesthesia and facial rejuvenation. Dr. Bogart is a member of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, International Congress of Oral Implantologists, American Dental Society of Anesthesiology.
Dr. Bogart was recently presented as one of the “Top Dentists in NJ” as voted by his peers. He prides himself on incorporating new and advanced dental technology into his practice. His use of CT scan technology, Platelet Rich Plasma techniques and Piezo technology provides his patients with the most comprehensive and comfortable surgical experience.
Dr. Bogart now resides in New Jersey with his wife Fran and their three children. He enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, watching sports and fishing.
Dr. Hubert Gugala, DMD
Dr. Gugala was born in Poland and immigrated to the United States in 2003. He graduated from the Goldman School of Dental Medicine at Boston University in 2007 with high honors. He then went on to pursue his passion and specialized in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery for the next four years at Montefiore Medical Center in New York City from which he graduated in 2011. Since 2013 Dr. Gugala is a Diplomat of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.
During his specialty training, while providing care for the New York and Tri-state areas, Dr. Gugala performed hundreds of complicated surgeries from extraction of complicated wisdom teeth, dental implants and reconstructive bone grafts. He is regarded as one of the best specialists by his colleagues and peers.
Dr. Gugala is committed to excellent patient care. He maintains highest level of professional and patient care. Dr. Gugala has active licenses in Oral and Maxillofacial surgery and General Anesthesia in New Jersey and New York.
He enjoys spending time with his wife and two children at their home in Northern New Jersey.
Dr. Camille Marquis, DDS, MD
Dr. Marquis is a dual degree oral and maxillofacial surgeon, with training as both a dentist and medical doctor.
Dr. Marquis grew up in White Plains, NY. She attended Harvard University in Cambridge, MA, where she received a B.A in Mathematics. Following her undergraduate education, Dr. Marquis attended Columbia University School of Dental Medicine where she received her DDS degree. Upon graduation, Dr. Marquis was accepted into a highly competitive six year oral and maxillofacial surgery program. She completed her specialty training in oral and maxillofacial surgery at Kings County Hospital Center in Brooklyn, NY. In addition, she completed 1 year of training in general surgery and served as chief resident during her final year. Dr. Marquis earned her Doctor of Medicine degree from SUNY Downstate.
During her residency, not only did Dr. Marquis gain extensive training in oral and maxillofacial surgery, but also in anesthesiology, trauma, head and neck pathology, and plastics and facial reconstruction as well. She has volunteered internationally treating children with various facial deformities. She recently came back from a cleft lip and palate mission trip in Colombia.
In her free time, Dr. Marquis enjoys traveling (30+ countries and counting), books and reading, cooking, watching rugby and soccer, and spending time with her rescue cat, Luna.
Dr. Harleen Kaur
Dr. Kaur initially graduated with a masters degree in healthcare finance and policy from NYU Wagner school of Public Service. She worked on Wall Street and decided to change career paths when she realized she preferred direct patient care over formulating policy initiatives for widening healthcare access. She completed her dental education at New York University College of Dentistry. During dental school, she was awarded research scholarships to perform research on substance abuse and addiction to pain medication. She was also heavily involved with oral cancer research at the dental school which prompted her to pursue a career in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. Dr. Kaur then went on to complete her training in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Thomas Jefferson University Hospitals in Philadelphia, PA. She has extensive training in implant placement, bone and soft tissue grafting, wisdom teeth removal, exposure and bonding of impacted teeth, Maxillofacial pathology, treatment of temporomandibular joint disorders as well as repair of complex facial injuries. She is proficient in providing Intravenous sedation so that your treatment can be completed in the most comfortable manner.
